Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting: assisting and identifying and diagnosing hardware issues (e.g., faulty screens, keyboards, battery, hard drives, or charging port)
  • Component replacement and repair: Learning and assisting with the physical replacement of faulty laptop components. Helping with basic repairs.
  • System upgrade, preventive maintenance, and shadowing senior technicians on more complex repairs or projects.
