Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and other infrastructure services.
Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
Implement and maintain security solutions including firewalls, antivirus, and patch management.
Set up and support user accounts, permissions, and workstations.
Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and network configurations.
Provide technical support to internal teams and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Apply OS and software updates and patches regularly.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Client operating systems.
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policies, and basic network services.
Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
Experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and network issues.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
CCTV surveillance knowledge.
EPA-BX (Matrix/Panasonic).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
