Hardware & Network Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware systems, networks, and peripherals to ensure smooth IT operations and network security for business continuity. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CCTV, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals. - Monitor and manage LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. - Perform regular system and network health checks, backups, and updates. - Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, antivirus, and data protection measures. - Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, networking, and connectivity issues. - Manage installation and maintenance of structured cabling and network infrastructure. - Maintain asset records for IT hardware and software. - Stay updated with the latest hardware and networking technologies. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware & networking support.
