Key Responsibilities: - Manage the entire product design life cycle - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support design tasks and projects - Design AC-DC, DC-DC, DC-AC topologies and test against industry standards - Create technical documents including specification, design, test case, and test plan documents - Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis for timely issue resolution Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in digital, analog, and power electronics hardware design - Understanding of converter/inverter topologies (AC-DC, DC-DC, motor controls) - Strong hardware debugging and troubleshooting abilities - Experience with schematic design, PCB layout, BOM creation, PCB fabrication, testing, debugging, and validation - Hands-on expertise with PCB development tools like Altium, Orcad, Eagle Zuken, etc - Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI, USB, MODBUS, CAN, etc - Effective documentation and writing skills - Familiarity with EMI, EMC, and IEC product standards - Leadership qualities and ability to provide guidance to team members Join Ecozen and be part of a dynamic team that is driving innovation and creating a sustainable future through technology.,
