Job Description

We are hiring a Hardware Engineer for our Global Infrastructure and Technology (GIT) team. The role involves hardware deployment, maintenance, and support for enterprise IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure laptops, servers, network devices, and storage systems.
• Perform hardware diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain hardware asset records and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Provide L1/L2 support and escalate issues when required.
• Collaborate with software and network teams for smooth integration.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of server architecture, networking hardware, and storage systems.
• Familiarity with hardware monitoring tools and asset management systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts or on-call support.

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 45 years of experience in hardware or infrastructure support roles.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
