Hardware Design Engineer

Suprajit Engineering Ltd. is looking for Hardware Design Engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Hardware Design:Develop and design electronic hardware components, including PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards), analog and digital circuits, microcontroller systems, and sensors Create schematics and layout designs using CAD software (eg, Altium, Eagle) for PCBs Ensure hardware designs comply with industry standards and best practices Component Selection:Research and select appropriate components (ICs, resistors, capacitors, connectors, etc) for the hardware design Evaluate components for cost-effectiveness, reliability, and performance Testing and Validation:Conduct testing and verification of hardware designs to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance with project specifications Troubleshoot and debug hardware issues, proposing and implementing solutions Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, firmware engineers, and mechanical engineers, to ensure the integration of hardware with software and mechanical components Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design documents, test reports, and bills of materials (BOM) Quality Assurance:Implement quality control processes to maintain the high quality and reliability of hardware components Prototyping:Build and test hardware prototypes, making necessary modifications based on the results Regulatory Compliance:Ensure hardware designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as FCC or CE certifications Cost Optimization:Collaborate on cost reduction efforts while maintaining design integrity
