Hardware Design Engineer

Were looking for a passionate Hardware Design Engineer to be part of our EV two-wheeler R&D team. In this role, you will design, validate, and bring to life critical vehicle control electronics such as VCU, BMS, Motor Controller Interfaces, and Power Distribution Modules.

What You’ll Work On

• Design and validate analog, digital, and power circuits for EV control modules
  
• Create and review schematics using Altium / OrCAD / KiCAD
  
• Select and qualify MCUs, sensors, drivers, regulators, and connectors
  
• Evaluate automotive-grade components (AEC-Q100/200)
  
• Bring-up and debug newly fabricated PCBs
  
• Test communication interfaces: CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, LIN
  
• Hardware validation using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and lab tools
  
• Support prototype debugging and vehicle-level integration
  
• Document BOMs, test results, and validation summaries
  
• Contribute to design reviews, DFM/DFT, and reliability improvements
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
  
• 0–3 years of experience in hardware design, validation, or prototyping
  
• Strong grasp of circuit theory & mixed-signal design
  
• Solid understanding of automotive communication protocols
  
• Experience with PCB bring-up and hardware debugging
  
• Knowledge of EMI/ESD concepts, grounding, and component derating
  
• Ability to interpret datasheets and schematics
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with EV subsystems: VCU, BMS, DC/DC, Motor Controller, Instrument Cluster
  
• CAN tools experience (Vector CANalyzer / PCAN / CANoe)
  
• Understanding of automotive standards (ISO 26262 / AIS / LV124)
  
• Familiarity with LTspice / PSpice
  
• EV projects or internships
