Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Understanding of microcontroller-based design for automotive applications like Renesas, Cypress, NXP etc In depth understanding Cadence Allegro Tool chain for schematic design and BOM release. Understanding of CAN, LIN, I2C, SPI Protocols/ components. Power Electronics (High Side Driver / Low side Driver selection, Motor Driver). Design experience of power supply components LDO, DC-DC, PMIC, digital and analog interfaces. Experience on Circuit Simulation using tool like : Pspice / LTspice. Automotive ISO/JASO Electrical & EMC test standards knowledge with troubleshooting experience. Worst-case Analysis & Design calculations, Vehicle level HW testing/IO testing. . Understanding of HW Safety analysis like: FMEDA, DFMEA, DFA and SRSC. Components selection and PCB layout Knowledge, cost optimization, alternate component assessment. Optical components and interface knowledge (LCD, TFT, LED. etc). Should have HW design experience on Body control module (BCM), Cluster, Displays and automotive ECUs. Advanced written and spoken English.
