Hardware Asset Management Consultant

Job Description: As a Hardware Asset Management (CMDB) Consultant with Cayuse Commercial Services (CCS), you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of engagements by driving deliverables, KPIs, and service improvement activities. Your expertise will be utilized to configure efficient identification and reconciliation rules, monitor CMDB health, and resolve conflicts between authoritative data sources. Additionally, you will define and maintain standard CI's, CI relationships, and CMDB Classification based on business needs. Your role will also involve developing HAM, CMDB process, and policies documentations, as well as maintaining currency on policy and process documents. Key Responsibilities: - Configure efficient Identification and Reconciliation rules - Monitor CMDB health and resolve conflicts between authoritative data sources - Define and maintain standard CI's, CI relationships, and CMDB Classification - Develop HAM, CMDB process, and policies documentations - Maintain currency on policy and process documents - Customize ServiceNow configuration, including custom scripts - Run and develop reports and dashboard as required - Identify Service Improvement opportunities - Define and improve the audit & verification process - Handle Stakeholders and conduct scheduled cadence with them Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in Hardware Asset Management - 3+ years of experience with Configuration Management Databases (CMDB) - 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow - Required Certifications - ServiceNow CIS and/or Certified Asset Management Professional Please note that this job description may not encompass all activities, duties, or responsibilities required for this role.
