Hardware And Support Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading a team, understanding requirements, designing solutions, and assigning tasks based on individual team members" technical strengths. Your role will also involve having a good knowledge of computer spare parts, display I/O ports, data transfer protocols, analogue and digital circuits, as well as industrial-grade switches and contactors. Additionally, you will be required to research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues, diagnose technical problems, design and build new hardware, recommend new hardware designs, perform tests, troubleshoot performance issues, work with vendors and suppliers, support the hardware engineering team, provide technical support, follow industry-standard processes, collaborate with other engineers, and possess good communication skills.
