Hardware and Network Engineer

You will be working as an L1 Engineer with a focus on Hardware and Networking Troubleshooting. With over 2 years of experience in this field, your responsibilities will include installing Access Points, Switches, Operating Systems, and Antivirus software. You will be required to troubleshoot network issues, manage the ticketing system, maintain user data backups, and oversee Industrial PC management for manufacturing support. Additionally, you will provide daily user support and handle network printer installation and management. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as a flexible schedule, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. You will be working during the day shift with fixed hours. The job location is in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and you should be able to reliably commute there or plan to relocate before starting work. To be considered for this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in network troubleshooting, ticketing system management, and hardware troubleshooting.
