Happiness Officer (Learning Coordinator)

You are a highly skilled and motivated Happiness Officer responsible for managing the daily operations at a tuition centre. Your role involves multitasking, working well under pressure, and possessing excellent communication skills. - Schedule classes with precision, ensuring students are placed in appropriate classes and levels. - Maintain attendance records for students and teachers. - Monitor class performance and provide guidance and support to teachers. - Act as a point of contact for parents regarding attendance and academic concerns, reassuring them of their child's progress. - Meet with new enquiries and convert them into admissions using persuasive charm. - Conduct student demos during admissions to showcase the benefits of the tutorials. - Organize teacher's logs and tasks efficiently. - Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. - Handle pressure and adapt to changing circumstances seamlessly. Qualifications: - A degree in Psychology or related field preferred, though proven experience as a coordinator is also acceptable. - Experience in teaching or managing a tutorial center is required.
