Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Halwai, located in Belagavi. The Halwai will be responsible for preparing a variety of traditional Indian sweets and snacks. Daily tasks include ingredient preparation, cooking, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation. The Halwai will also collaborate with the culinary team to maintain quality and consistency in all food offerings.

Qualifications

• Expertise in preparing traditional Indian sweets and snacks
• Experience in ingredient preparation and cooking techniques
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to work collaboratively with the culinary team
• Attention to detail and presentation skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
