Hair Counselor (Laser & Cosmetic Clinic)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident, customer-focused Hair and Skin Counselor / Sales Executive to join our Laser and Cosmetic Clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert consultation to clients on hair, skin, and aesthetic treatments, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable services or packages. This role combines consultative counseling, sales, and client relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve clinic revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation & Counseling:

• Greet and guide clients through their skincare, hair, and laser treatment journey.
• Conduct personalized consultations to understand client concerns and expectations.
• Recommend appropriate cosmetic, dermatological, and laser treatments based on assessment and clinic offerings.
• Educate clients on treatment procedures, benefits, pre- and post-care instructions, and expected results.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

• Promote clinic services, packages, and membership plans to meet monthly sales targets.
• Convert client inquiries and walk-ins into confirmed appointments or package sales.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up proactively to ensure high conversion rates.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant treatments based on client history and goals.

Customer Experience & Retention:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Ensure exceptional client service throughout the treatment cycle.
• Handle client concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.

Administrative & Coordination Duties:

• Coordinate with dermatologists, laser technicians, and other staff for seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate consultation records and update CRM or client management systems.
• Assist in planning and participating in promotional events, open houses, and marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (skin clinic, laser center, cosmetic or wellness industry).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
