Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Waiter located in Goa, India. The Head Waiter will be responsible for overseeing food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of customer service, and managing the dining room staff. Daily tasks include taking food orders, ensuring prompt and accurate meal delivery, managing staff schedules, and resolving any customer service issues that arise. The Head Waiter will also coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service
• Cooking skills are an advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Formal training in hospitality or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
