Job Description

Job Title: Gym Trainer / Fitness Trainer

Location: Delhi

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & skills)

Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational weekly off)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and certified Gym Trainer to join our fitness center in Delhi. The ideal candidate should be passionate about health and fitness, capable of training clients safely and effectively, and possess excellent communication skills to guide and motivate members.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct fitness assessments and understand client fitness goals
Design personalized workout and training programs
Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct posture and technique
Monitor client progress and modify training plans as needed
Maintain gym equipment and ensure a safe workout environment
Motivate and guide members to achieve fitness goals
Provide basic guidance on fitness, workouts, and healthy lifestyle practices
Ensure compliance with gym policies and safety standards

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
Relevant certification in fitness training is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of anatomy, exercise techniques, and injury prevention
Ability to work 6 days a week with rotational weekly off
Freshers with strong fitness knowledge or experienced trainers can apply

Ability to handle multiple clients
