Responsibilities

• Provide personalized workout guidance based on client goals (strength, weight loss, general fitness, rehab, etc.)
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form and safety at all times
• Create and update customized training programs for members
• Track client progress and adjust routines as required
• Guide members on basic nutrition and lifestyle habits (within qualification limits)
• Maintain gym floor discipline, hygiene, and equipment cleanliness
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a motivating, positive environment
• Assist in group classes or fitness assessments when required

Requirements

• Certification in fitness training or personal training (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of exercise science and workout programming
• Good communication skills and the ability to motivate clients
• Physically fit with the ability to demonstrate exercises properly
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (early morning/evening/weekends)
• Professional attitude and commitment to premium service quality

Preferred

• Experience working in premium or commercial gyms
• Skills in functional training, weight training, mobility, or rehab training
• CPR / First Aid certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,996.10 - ₹15,000.00 per month

• Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Premium gym : 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• fitness trainer or personal training certification (Required)
