Gym Trainer - Female (for school)

Key Responsibilities:

• Fitness Training & Supervision
• Conduct structured fitness sessions for students as per age and fitness levels.
• Guide staff who wish to use the gym facilities with personalized programs.
• Monitor and correct students’ postures and techniques to prevent injuries.
• Program Development
• Design age-appropriate fitness routines, focusing on strength, flexibility, stamina, and overall wellness.
• Incorporate modern training methods while adhering to school fitness policies.
• Safety & Maintenance
• Ensure all gym equipment is in safe working condition.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the gym.
• Enforce safety rules and supervise students during gym hours.
• Student Development
• Track student progress and prepare periodic fitness assessment reports.
• Motivate students to adopt a healthy lifestyle and discipline in fitness.
• Events & Competitions
• Assist in organizing school fitness events, competitions, and awareness programs.
• Support the Physical Education department in inter-school events.
• Administrative Duties
• Maintain attendance records for gym sessions.
• Report equipment damage or requirements to the administration promptly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
