Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement personalized fitness programs based on clients’ fitness levels, health conditions, and goals.

- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safety during all workouts.

- Oversee completion of exercise routines and provide corrective feedback when needed.

- Track clients’ physical progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans.

- Handle personal training sessions and offer guidance on nutrition and lifestyle.

- Refer to and promote gym fitness packages, personal training plans, and special programs.

- Motivate and inspire members to stay committed to their fitness journey.

- Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere on the gym floor.

- Work collaboratively with the front desk and management team to deliver excellent customer experience.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Gym Trainer or Fitness Trainer (2–5 years preferred).

- Certification from a recognized personal training academy/organization.

- Strong knowledge of diverse exercises, workout techniques, and fitness equipment.

- Ability to customize fitness plans for individuals of varying fitness levels.

- Good physique with a professional and approachable personality.

- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

- Ability to instruct, motivate, and encourage people consistently.

- Team player with a positive and proactive approach.

- Flexibility to work early morning, late evening shifts, and weekends as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
