Gym Receptionist cum Sales Executive

Job Description :

Titan Fitness is one of the leading fitness centres in Kharar, known for its energetic atmosphere, spacious gym floor, expert trainers, and member-first approach. We're looking for a confident and enthusiastic Reception cum Sales Executive to be the face of our gym and support our growing fitness community.

Key Responsibilities :

• Welcome and assist all gym visitors and members with professionalism and warmth
• Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address general inquiries
• Explain membership plans, offers, and benefits to potential clients
• Assist in driving sales, following up on leads, and handling renewals
• Maintain accurate member records and ensure the front desk is organized and clean
• Deliver an excellent customer experience from entry to exit

What We’re Looking For :

• Experience in front-desk operations or sales (preferably in fitness/wellness)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, data entry)
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for health & fitness
