Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop staff. 5. Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business growth and manage budgets. Responsibilities 1. Fitness Department Management: Oversee the fitness department, including personal training, group fitness, and member services. 2. Staff Management: Manage and develop a team of personal trainers and group fitness instructors, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality programs. 3. Business Growth: Drive business growth through the development and implementation of new fitness programs, including personal training packages, group fitness classes, and workshops. 4. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving member issues, and promoting Fitness First services. 5. Budgeting and Reporting: Manage budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports to the Club Manager.
