In this full-time on-site role, you will serve as a Front Desk Representative, responsible for sales activities, including selling gym membership packages, maintaining phone etiquette, handling receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring effective communication on a daily basis. Qualifications required for this role include proficiency in phone etiquette, strong communication skills, experience in receptionist duties and customer service, adeptness in handling reservations, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role will be a plus, and a high school diploma or equivalent. This role involves working full-time on a permanent basis, with scheduling options including evening shift, morning shift, rotational shift, and weekend availability.
