Guidewire Trainer

As a Freelance Corporate Trainer specializing in Guidewire ClaimCenter, your primary role will involve delivering professional training sessions to corporate learners. You will be responsible for conducting structured sessions that cover both technical and functional aspects of ClaimCenter. This includes hands-on labs, real-time case studies, and a mini-project for practical exposure. Your key responsibilities will include delivering virtual or on-site training sessions on various Guidewire ClaimCenter modules. Throughout the training, you will cover end-to-end topics such as Claim Lifecycle and Maintenance, Claim Intake, Configuring Line of Business & Claim Contacts, Business Rules, Financials, Service Requests & Access Control, and Search Configuration & Claims History. You will guide learners through hands-on configuration, integrations, and mini-projects, totaling approximately 84 hours of training. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing training materials, labs, exercises, and MCQ assessments, as well as mentoring participants, clarifying doubts, and providing project-level insights. It is also essential to stay updated with Guidewire Cloud concepts and the latest product updates. To excel in this role, you should possess strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation and configuration. Proficiency in areas such as Claim Lifecycle, Business Rules, Gosu scripting, Financials, and Security Configurations is crucial. Hands-on experience with Guidewire Studio, Data Model, PCF, and Integrations will be beneficial. Prior experience in corporate training or knowledge transfer is preferred, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. A Guidewire Certification in ClaimCenter would be an added advantage. This engagement is offered on a Freelance/Contract-based basis, with the flexibility to conduct sessions virtually or on-site based on requirements. The duration of the training is approximately 84 hours, spread across multiple days, catering to corporate professionals and client teams.
