Must Have Experiences and Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in software testing, with 4+ years in Guidewire Policy Center.
  • Strong understanding of underwriting workflows, rating logic, and product configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire testing tools (GUnit, ITP) and automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred.
