Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the implementation and customization of Guidewire ClaimCenter to meet client requirements. Your role will involve overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment. Providing expert guidance on best practices for using Guidewire ClaimCenter will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ClaimCenter with other systems. Regular reviews and assessments will need to be conducted to ensure product performance and compliance with standards. Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all product-related processes will also be essential. Furthermore, you will facilitate training sessions and workshops for internal teams and clients on Guidewire ClaimCenter. Monitoring and analyzing product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement will be crucial. Ensuring timely resolution of any issues or bugs related to the product will also fall under your purview. Working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product features is a key aspect of the role. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Guidewire ClaimCenter will be necessary. Providing strategic insights and recommendations to enhance product functionality and user experience is another important responsibility. You will be expected to drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product performance and efficiency. To excel in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of Guidewire ClaimCenter and its functionalities. Demonstrating excellent problem-solving and analytical skills will be crucial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in project management and the ability to lead such teams are also important. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues is necessary. A proven track record of successfully implementing and managing complex software solutions is required. Balancing remote and on-site responsibilities in a hybrid work model is expected.
