Job Description

As a Guidewire PC/CC Implementation Lead, your role involves leading the implementation and customization of Guidewire PC/CC to meet client requirements. You will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment. Your responsibilities also include: - Providing expert guidance on best practices for using Guidewire PC/ClaimCenter. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PC/ClaimCenter with other systems. - Conducting regular reviews and assessments to ensure product performance and compliance with standards. - Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all product-related processes. - Facilitating training sessions and workshops for internal teams and clients on Guidewire PC/ClaimCenter. - Monitoring and analyzing product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Ensuring timely resolution of any issues or bugs related to the product. - Working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product features. - Staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Guidewire ClaimCenter. - Providing strategic insights and recommendations to enhance product functionality and user experience. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product performance and efficiency. Qualifications required for this role include: - Deep understanding of Guidewire ClaimCenter and its functionalities. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. - Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues. - Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing complex software solutions. - Adept at working in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities. - Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops. - Passion for driving product success and delivering exceptional results.
