Guidewire Integration developer

As a Technical Lead in the Technology Consulting team at EY, you will have the opportunity to work on various Guidewire implementation projects for customers worldwide. Your role will involve leading technical streams, interfacing with onsite coordinators, planning and monitoring project deliverables, mentoring the project team, providing regular status reports, and interacting with customer representatives as required. You should be willing to travel to customer locations as needed. Your responsibilities as a team leader will include building a quality culture, managing performance for direct reports, fostering teamwork, providing training and mentoring, and participating in people initiatives across the organization. To be considered for this role, you should hold a BE/BTech/MCA degree with 3 to 7 years of industry experience. Your mandatory skills should include proficiency in Java 5+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, ANT, Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any Enterprise Messaging System. Additionally, you should have strong knowledge of Tomcat and/or Websphere/Weblogic, real-time experience in enterprise system integration, software development best practices, excellent business communication skills, and leadership skills. Experience in Guidewire Integration and the Insurance domain, particularly in Property & Casualty, is preferred. Experience in Guidewire implementations and upgrades in the Insurance sector is desirable. You should also possess prior client-facing experience.
