Job Title: Guidewire Lead

Job Summary:

Guidewire Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects on the Guidewire platform (PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter).
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and define technical solutions.
Design and implement Guidewire configurations, integrations, and business rules using
GOSU, Java, and XML
.
Guide and mentor a team of developers, perform code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed.
Work with DevOps teams for CI/CD integration and production deployments.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.
Resolve complex technical issues and provide long-term solutions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technical teams.

Required Skills:

7+ years of IT experience with at least
4+ years in Guidewire implementations
.
Hands-on experience in
Guidewire Configuration and Integration
.
Strong knowledge of
Guidewire Data Model, Product Model, and Workflow
.
Proficiency in
GOSU
,
Java
,
Web Services (SOAP/REST)
, and
Messaging
.
Experience with one or more of the following:
PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter
.
Familiarity with
Agile/Scrum methodology
.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
