Guidewire Claim Center Trainer

As a Freelance Corporate Trainer specializing in Guidewire ClaimCenter, your primary responsibility will be to deliver professional training sessions to corporate learners. You will conduct structured sessions focusing on both technical and functional aspects of ClaimCenter, incorporating hands-on labs, real-time case studies, and a mini-project for practical exposure. Your key responsibilities will include delivering virtual or on-site training sessions covering various modules of Guidewire ClaimCenter. This will entail addressing topics such as Claim Lifecycle and Maintenance, Claim Intake (Policy Search, FNOL process), Configuring Line of Business & Claim Contacts, Business Rules (Assignment, Segmentation, Validation, Gosu Rules), Financials (Transactions, Approvals, Holds, Authority Limits), Service Requests & Access Control (roles, permissions, users, groups), and Search Configuration & Claims History. Moreover, you will guide learners through hands-on configuration, integrations, and mini-projects spanning approximately 84 hours of total training duration. To ensure effective training delivery, you will also be responsible for preparing and providing training materials, labs, exercises, and MCQ assessments. Additionally, you will mentor participants, clarify doubts, and offer project-level insights while staying updated with Guidewire Cloud concepts and the latest product updates. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation and configuration. Proficiency in Claim Lifecycle, Business Rules, Gosu scripting, Financials, and Security Configurations is essential, along with hands-on experience in Guidewire Studio, Data Model, PCF, and Integrations. Prior experience in corporate training or knowledge transfer would be advantageous, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills. Possessing Guidewire Certification (ClaimCenter) would be considered an added advantage. This engagement is offered on a Freelance/Contract-based arrangement, with flexibility in delivery modes including Virtual or On-site sessions as per the requirement. The expected duration of the training is approximately 84 hours, spread across multiple days, catering to corporate professionals and client teams.
