Job Summary

Join our Insurance Transformation and Modernization team focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions in Policy, Billing, and Claims administration. As a Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting operational efficiency, improving customer experience, and enabling innovation by assisting in business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution delivery. You will engage with cross-functional teams, contribute to system assessments, and support the design and execution of modernization strategies leveraging Guidewire products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to analyze and understand business requirements in Insurance products
• Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements across areas such as Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
• Support design reviews and help develop solution artifacts in alignment with client needs and Guidewire standard templates.
• Coordinate and assist during the testing phases; help resolve client queries and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Participate actively in Agile SCRUM or SAFe ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Communicate effectively with onsite and offshore teams ensuring smooth collaboration and progress tracking.
• Assist in preparing high-impact presentations, workshops, and training materials for clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to Center of Excellence (CoE) activities by supporting proposal preparations, training sessions, and knowledge sharing.
• Build and maintain productive client relationships; interact confidently with different client stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, Guidewire full suite products, and insurance domain best practices.
• Willingness and flexibility to undertake travel (short term or long term) as required by project needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• (B.Tech/BE) / Computer Applications (MCA) / Business (MBA) or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis within the Insurance domain.
• Solid understanding of insurance operational areas: New Business, Policy Administration, Claims, Billing.
• Hands-on exposure to Guidewire products such as PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, or experience in Guidewire integrations and data flows.
• Experience with Guidewire Standard Base Templates (SBT) is a plus.
• Proven skills in requirement elicitation, analysis, documentation, and supporting testing activities.
• Ability to facilitate walkthroughs, workshops, and meetings with business users and technical teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM or SAFe) and associated tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare client-facing presentations.
• Demonstrated willingness to travel if necessary.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Insurance industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment and adapt to changing client priorities.
