Guest Service Associate

You will be responsible for maintaining a neat, tidy, well-organized, and well-stocked operation area for maximum efficiency. This includes handling special requests such as refunds and inquiries in a pleasant and courteous manner. You will prepare the counter before entry and at intervals to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will strive to upsell by promoting combos and special promotions to customers. As part of your role, you are expected to always be visible and available to assist customers even before they approach you directly. You should proactively come up with ideas to improve profits and enhance customer service. Maintaining a high level of grooming standard is also crucial in this position. In the absence of the Assistant Manager (AM), Shift Supervisor Retail Executive (SSRE), or Store Retail Executive (SRE), you will take on the responsibility of team performance and handle any contingencies that may arise. It is important to be a role model in terms of performance, personality, and initiative within the team. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule may include both morning and evening shifts, and there is a yearly bonus offered. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of work experience. The work location is in person.
