Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Associate located in Diu. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for managing guest services, handling reservations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting guests, processing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries as well as luggage, and coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest needs. The role requires maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor while upholding the standards of IHCL.

Qualifications

• Guest Services and Guest Service skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience with Reservations and booking systems
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Prior experience in hospitality is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
