As a Guest Service Associate (GSA) at our restaurant team in Gurgaon, your role is crucial in delivering excellent service and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Welcoming and assisting guests with seating and menu recommendations. - Taking food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. - Serving dishes and drinks while maintaining high service standards. - Ensuring tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests. - Coordinating with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations. - Maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation. - Addressing guest needs and queries courteously.
