Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Associate at Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty, located in Kochi. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent guest services, handling customer service queries, managing reservations, and ensuring effective communication with guests. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, addressing their needs and concerns, and providing information and assistance to ensure their stay is enjoyable and memorable.

Qualifications

• Guest Services and Guest Service skills
• Customer Service and Reservations management skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
