Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas to hotel standards.
• Ensure timely service of rooms while maintaining quality and hygiene.
• Replenish guest supplies and amenities as required.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver excellent customer service.
• Report maintenance issues, room discrepancies, and lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies to maintain a healthy environment.
• Support laundry operations and handle linen and guest items carefully.
• Collaborate with front office and other operational departments for smooth service delivery.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in an organized manner.
• Contribute to hotel sustainability and waste-control initiatives.

Qualifications Skills

• High School/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 02 years of experience in housekeeping, hotel operations, or customer service (freshers welcome).
• Basic communication skills in English and/or local language.
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks efficiently.
• Customer-centric mindset with a polite and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
