Guest Service Associate (GSA) (Male, Kerala)

Willmount Resorts is looking for friendly, attentive, and service-oriented Restaurant Serversto join our hospitality team at Willmount Vagamon. As a server, you will ensure guests receive a warm welcome, timely service, and a memorable dining experience amidst the serene hills of Vagamon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests courteously and present menus with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely, neat, and organized manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them during their meal and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, dining area, and service stations.
• Process billing and handle cash/card transactions as per standard procedures.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff for smooth operations and service flow.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols as per FSSAI and property guidelines.
• Upsell food and beverages where possible to maximize revenue.
• Assist in setting up the restaurant for service and clearing post-service.
• Support in special events, room service delivery, and outdoor dining setups when required.
