Key Responsibilities: Greeting and assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures Managing guest reservations and room assignments Providing accurate information and responding to guest inquiries Ensuring guest satisfaction through personalized service Collaborating with other departments to meet guest needs Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly and welcoming demeanour Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus Basic computer skills Why Join Us?
