As a Guest Service Associate in the Food Service industry at our thriving company operating Industrial Canteens and maintaining Industrial Facilities in Pithampur, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our clients and their employees. Your responsibilities will include checking the quality and quantity of meals before dispatch, coordinating with kitchen and serving staff for timely food delivery, assisting in the setup of the food counter area, serving food professionally while maintaining service standards, responding promptly to guest inquiries, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the food counter area. Your commitment to adhering to health and safety regulations will be paramount in this role. To excel in this position, you should possess a degree in any field or its equivalent, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure, knowledge of banquet service etiquette and procedures, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
