Job Description

Curry & Hops by Chandi Hospitality is seeking a well-spoken, confident, and hospitality-driven Female Guest Relationship Manager to enhance guest experience at our premium restaurant and microbrewery. She will be the face of the brand—welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth, memorable dining and brewery experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure an exceptional first impression.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating flow efficiently.
• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with hostesses, servers, and bar/brewery teams for seamless service.
• Promote signature craft beers, menu highlights, and brand offerings.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance aligned with Chandi Hospitality standards.

Requirements

• Female candidate with 2–7 years of guest relations or front-of-house experience.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi.
• Pleasant personality, customer-first approach, and confident presence.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant and brewery environment.
• Flexible availability for weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
