Key Responsibilities • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally. • Address and resolve guest queries promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels. • Manage room bookings and reservations with accuracy. • Generate daily and weekly operational reports for management review. • Maintain and update guest details and booking information in the company portal. • Coordinate with housekeeping and other support teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery. • Uphold company service standards and maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times. Requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software/booking portals. • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
