Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors with courtesy.
• Provide guidance on hospital services, departments, and facilities.
• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for smooth patient flow.
• Assist patients with registration, admission, discharge, and feedback.
• Address patient/attendant concerns promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive patient experience.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Any UG Degree / Diploma.
• Freshers can apply; prior experience in hospital front office/guest relations will be an added advantage.
• Language proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, and Bengali is preferred, along with English & Tamil.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle patient interactions with empathy.

Compensation

• Stipend/Salary: ₹10,000/- per month
