Guest Relation Associate (Female)

Job Description:

As a Guest Relation Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all guests have a seamless and memorable experience. You will engage with guests through in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, and online platforms, assisting with inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and other guest inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Resolve guest complaints and concerns with a focus on delivering solutions and enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Provide guests with information about facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the guest areas.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, food & beverage, front desk) to ensure guest needs are met.
• Assist in processing guest check-ins and check-outs when necessary.
• Manage guest feedback and track guest satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement.
• Ensure that guest special requests are communicated and properly addressed.
• Help with administrative duties, such as managing reservations, tracking inventory, and maintaining guest records.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Freshers can apply with internship or job training experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest concerns with tact and professionalism.
• Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
