Job Summary

The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service experiences, ensuring personalized attention, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality in line with five-star hotel operations. The role focuses on anticipating guest needs, handling special requests, resolving concerns promptly, and building lasting guest relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly on arrival and assist with smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of hotel services, facilities, promotions, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring immediate resolution or escalation when necessary.
  • Ensure VIP guests, repeat guests, and long-stay guests receive personalized service and attention.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge, Reservations, etc.) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Prepare and maintain guest profiles, preferences, and records for future reference.
  • Organize special amenities, arrangements, or surprises for occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays, or honeymoons.
  • Conduct courtesy calls to in-house guests to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
  • Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and surveys; recommend improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Uphold hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a courteous, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and diplomatically.
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
