Position Title: Food & Beverage Service Associate
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports To: F&B Supervisor / F&B Captain

Job Overview:

The F&B Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional guest service in all food and beverage outlets of the hotel. The role requires maintaining five-star service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding the brand image of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen/bar, and serve promptly.
• Provide professional recommendations on menu items, wine, and beverages.
• Ensure tables are set up, cleaned, and maintained according to hotel standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests with courtesy.
• Handle billing and payment transactions efficiently.
• Comply with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in service areas.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, specials, promotions, and hotel facilities.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist in setting up buffets, banquets, and special events as required.
• Uphold grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Handle guest complaints politely and escalate to supervisors when necessary.

Requirements & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Prior experience in a five-star hotel or fine dining environment is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Customer service–oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
