Guest Experience Expert - Executive Lounge

Role Overview: As an F&B And Event Service Expert at JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity, your role goes beyond simply serving guests during banquets or events. Your main focus is to create a memorable and unique experience for guests through exceptional food and drink service. You will be responsible for a wide range of event functions, taking the initiative to ensure that guests are well taken care of from the beginning to the end of their experience. From setting tables and event materials to communicating with the kitchen, interacting with guests, serving them, and maintaining cleanliness, you play a crucial role in making transactions feel like part of the overall experience. Key Responsibilities: - Follow all company, safety, and security policies and procedures - Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager - Complete safety training and certifications - Maintain clean and professional uniform and appearance - Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards - Communicate clearly and professionally with others - Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members - Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards - Perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance - Perform any other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors Qualifications Required: - Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent - Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience - Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required - License or Certification: None required Additional Information: JW Marriott is dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, valuing and celebrating the unique backgrounds of its associates.
