Role Overview: As a Gucci Client Advisor, your role is crucial in providing exceptional service to customers by understanding and meeting their individual needs and expectations. You will serve as a "Gucci Ambassador" by embodying the brand's philosophy and values, creating a branded, luxury client experience. Key Responsibilities: - Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, contributing to business enhancement and development. - Provide exceptional customer service by surpassing customer expectations, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of products, Gucci history, and heritage following the Gucci selling ceremony. - Drive and surpass individual KPI goals by delivering the highest level of customer service and sales quality. - Capture relevant customer data using Company tools (CRM) to connect with clients, build relationships, and personalize future client development opportunities. - Maintain an active, accurate, and organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing necessary follow-up on sales or client requests. - Discuss general trends in the fashion world and luxury market with clients, offering advice and showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products. - Collaborate as a team player with colleagues, ensuring open and constructive communication for a consistent exceptional experience and positive working environment. - Uphold security standards in the store to ensure customer, colleague, and merchandise safety. - Contribute to maintaining the visual display of products according to Gucci visual standards. - Assist in daily store operations by organizing the understock and stock room neatly and efficiently. - Adhere to Gucci Image standards and guidelines as well as all company policies and procedures. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting. - Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store results. - Proven track record of building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues. - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to multitask effectively. - Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with keen attention to detail. - Team-focused mindset with effective collaboration abilities. - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - High flexibility to accommodate different customer needs and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,
