Core Responsibilities

1) Founder Leverage & GTM Support

  • Run daily follow-ups with founders, buyers, and investors
  • Prepare outreach lists, investor/buyer maps, and CRM updates
  • Message, schedule, confirm meetings
  • Keep every conversation warm
  • Build cadence for 1015 active mandates
  • Ensure no lead ever dies due to inconsistency

2) CRM, Systems & Process Architecture

  • Fix, rebuild, and maintain the CRM (Zoho)
  • Tag, score, and segment every lead
  • Create workflows for mandate progression
  • Build templates for IM/DR/Teasers/Bureau
  • Create SOPs where none exist
  • Bring order to chaos

3) Automation & Tech-Enabled Ops

  • Build and maintain n8n workflows
  • Automate outreach (Apollo/Waalaxy)
  • Set up dashboards and reporting
  • Integrate CRM ? WhatsApp ? Email ? Data rooms
  • Reduce manual founder work by 50%

4) Dealflow Enablement

  • Assist in preparing data rooms
  • Coordinate with Upwork analysts for financials
  • Quality-check IM/Teaser data
  • Track founder delays and chase missing items
  • Ensure deals progress weekly

5) Enterprise + Investor Relations Support

  • Build lists of investors, corporate strategics, HNIs
  • Maintain buyer appetite sheets
  • Coordinate calls with large investors
  • Manage the investor-facing portal onboarding

  • Previous experience at a startup in operations, GTM, or systems
  • Experience with CRM automations (Zoho)
  • Worked with founders directly
  • Any exposure to deals, fundraising, or B2B SaaS GTM

  • No founder/buyer goes cold without follow-up
  • Systems run daily without founder intervention
  • Deal progress becomes predictable
  • We can run 812 active mandates smoothly
  • Inbound and outbound both double
