Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented GST Executive to oversee the organization’s indirect tax functions, including end-to-end GST compliance, audits, return filings, reconciliations, and advisory services. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of GST laws, changing tax regulations, and strong experience in handling multi-state GST operations.

Exp - 4-7 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.)
• Handle GST registration, amendment, cancellation, and related processes
• Conduct GST input tax credit reconciliation with purchase registers and GSTR-2B
• Manage GST audits, assessments, and departmental notices
• Provide advisory support on tax implications for various business transactions
• Monitor changes in GST law and update internal systems and stakeholders accordingly
• Liaise with internal departments and external consultants for GST-related queries
• Maintain accurate documentation for GST compliance and audits
• Evaluate and implement automation tools and technology for efficient tax compliance

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Indian GST laws and regulations
• Hands-on experience with GST portals and ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret legal provisions and apply them to practical scenarios
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and deadline-driven approach

Qualifications:

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / B.Com / M.Com with specialization in taxation or indirect taxes
• Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in GST-specific roles
