GSA – F&B Service

Job Summary

We are looking for a Guest Service Associate – F&B Service to provide excellent dining service to guests by ensuring prompt, courteous, and professional food & beverage service in outlets and banquets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food & beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages as per service standards
• Ensure cleanliness of service areas and tables
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service
• Handle guest requests and complaints politely
• Follow hygiene, safety, and SOP standards
• Support banquets and special events when required

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred
• Freshers or 0–2 years experience in F&B Service
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Well-groomed and team-oriented
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
