Job Description

As a Growth Strategist at Cartrabbit, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth, engagement, and visibility of SaaS products. You will be at the heart of various teams, including marketing, product/engineering, to collaborate on critical growth projects. Here's what you'll be doing: - Drive essential growth projects by working closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams. - Take ownership of the entire marketing funnel to acquire and onboard customers effectively. - Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for SaaS products from conception to adoption. - Define product positioning tailored to our niche eCommerce audience. - Create comprehensive growth plans incorporating organic, paid, social, video, and email channels. - Collaborate with tech, design, and content teams to launch and scale products successfully. - Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities. - Design ROI-focused marketing programs that boost acquisition and engagement. - Manage performance-driven campaigns across various platforms and regions. - Conduct website and conversion audits and optimize landing page experiences for better conversion rates. - Collaborate with agencies and creators to enhance brand reach, awareness, and credibility. - Produce engaging, high-converting copy that resonates with the audience on a human level. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - 2-4 years of experience in digital/product marketing, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or eCommerce domains. - Proficiency in campaign design, user journey mapping, and retention strategies. - A proactive mindset with a focus on quick implementation, continuous iteration, and result ownership. - Data-driven approach with a passion for A/B testing, dashboard analysis, and measurable growth. - Strong interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration. - Bonus points for experience in running campaigns for product launches or agency partnerships. You may also use a variety of tools in this role, such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, HubSpot, Webflow, SEMrush, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Notion, Slack, and possibly Figma.
